I have been in the healing arts for over 20 years. Entering this field has helped me gain a respect for nature and healing. During my journey I have studied many varieties of massage, Swedish, advanced craniosacral therapy, NMT, myofascial release, Thai/Yoga bodywork, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, acupressure, aromatherapy, homeopathy, and many other healing modalities. I am certified in Swedish, aromatherapy, foot reflexology and infant massage to name a few.  I am also a Reiki Master.

After owning and operating a holistic health clinic and massage school in New Jersey, I decided to move to Kauai to enhance my own life and do some intensive self healing.  It was here that I studied Lomi Lomi, (under the lineage of Kahu Abraham), which opened me to deeper depths of self love and commitment to healing.

I love to travel and teach workshops on bodywork and spiritual growth anywhere I am welcomed.

While living on Kauai, I worked on a book about the energetic dynamics of relationships, explored my creative side by painting, listened to music, read a lot, sponsored workshops and did bodywork sessions.. I I also spent a lot of time in nature, by waterfalls and beaches, hike and just listen to the trade winds.
 

I lived in the Midwest for a short while.  There I  coordinated continuing education programs for those in the alternative health field and taught at two of the massage schools.

Today, I live in Western North Carolina, where I continue to write course curriculums and conduct workshops. Join me for a bodywork training or a woman's workshop. 

I love to travel and have visited many sacred sites, including Egypt where I also studied under Caroline Myss, author of Anatomy of the Spirit.

Anodea Judith, author of Eastern Body, Western Mind played an important role in my studies of the chakra system. I personally trained with her for 3 months and respect her as one of my spiritual mentors.

Some of my other mentors include Barbara Brennan, Deepak Chopra, Michael Harner, John Upledger,DO, John Barnes, Paul St. John, Aminah Raheem, Karla LaVoie and  many ancient ones!

My last journey of October 2002, was to Peru with Dr. Sharon Forrest. Truly another heart opening experience.

As an ordained minister, I am licensed in the state of Hawaii to perform marriage ceremonies.

I am also a licensed  massage therapist in North Carolina and provide bodywork and rehabilitative healing sessions and continuing education trainings.  Come Fly with me at one of my intensive training and healing retreats studying Sacred Bodywork!  It will transform you and your bodywork.

Currently, I am enrolled in Clayton College of Natural Health furthering my education and pursuing my naturopathic degree.

I am also a grandmother of four beautiful light beings! This has been one of the most profound openings of my heart and it brings me much JOY!

Xyonia is my higher soul essence of Divine Love. She came through me after a meditation where the Pleiadian's were communicating with me in the early 1980's. It wasn't until my pilgrimage to Egypt that I heard her speak to me again and tell me the time was now for me to Spread the Message of Love.

Through her essence, I am blessed to touch your heart and soul.

She watches over me as the months go by and I cannot look into her eyes.

She calls out to me and I only glimpse to see her power and strength and it scares me.

The animals call out to me and I hear their voices.  I know he stands there by my side and still I cry.

I listen attentively on the night of the leo moon in her 45th year.
The time has come to see what she sees.

Her eyes are so beautiful, I've never seen such power before.  The ascended master calls out to her and tells her - "It's time to show your face"

I feel his hand on my shoulder and know my sage has come again.  They will help you fly , the world awaits you, it's time to show your face.

It's time to show my face, no more hiding - as the candle glows and flickers across the canvas.

The wolf howls a song of joy - while the eagle soars through her eyes and the dove gracefully sings her a song while the butterflies dance knowing she has come home.

I sit by the side of Jesus, he says. I have been here with you both for a long time. You have known me before and will call me by my name whence you show your face once more.

There is a strength and courage and hope- I had not noticed before.
