INTRODUCTION TO CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Gloria has over 20 years of professional bodywork experience. She is a Nationally
Certified Massage Therapist, studied Cranio-Sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute,
and is the founder and director of The Garden State Center for Holistic Health Care.
Gloria specializes in
Cranio-Sacral Therapy, helping clients to achieve
deep relaxation, and release long-held restrictions.
Along with being Upledger certified, Gloria has completed The Upledger Institute's
rigorous Advanced Cranio-Sacral Therapy course and trains massage therapists and
studies the energy dynamics of life and relationships.
Her courses are taught in a relaxed workshop atmosphere, balancing direct experience
with information and the nuts-and-bolts of hands-on work. As there is no one standard
to which energy work conforms, students are encouraged to find their own path of
learning and realizing their own unique qualities as healers. Care is taken to show
you how to use energy work safely and responsibly.
The healing power of touch cannot be denied. In today's society it is needed more than
ever. We are surrounded by the stresses of work, relationships, and daily life in
general. As our society becomes more hectic and complex it is essential that we help
others and ourselves meet these stresses in a simpler, more relaxed and healthy
manner.
Sometimes all the body needs to activate the healing process is a light touch by a
skilled hand. Cranio-sacral therapy is a gentle approach that works through the
cranio-sacral system to alleviate a range of sensory, motor or
neurological disorders, including.....Neck and Back Pain, Migraine Headaches,
Stress Related Problems, TMJ, central nervous systems disorders and more.
Gloria Coppola-Gaber, advanced cranio-sacral therapist and certified presenter for
the Upledger Institute will teach you simple techniques to
tune into the rhythm of the system. She will demonstrate
simple hands on techniques to anyone interested in helping
others.
